Not sure that much could have been added to make our stay better. Staff, facilities were just fine.

For sure, the responsive staff made for a fine stay. The breakfast options provided an adequate variety of items. Facilities (pool, exercise room) were excellent.

Cons Not much, for what we needed.

Cons Our room was particularly small. We booked, and paid, the exact same as another family, and our room was significantly smaller.

Cons The hotel is very clean, but Rosaline at the front desk was very racist. I am from another country, and she was not kind to me; she told me I didn't have a reservation. If you stay at the hotel, ask for Davids—don't speak to Rosaline.

We had a wonderful time in Chicago. We liked the fact that you could have breakfast and the indoor pool was very pleasant. The staff was good and very friendly too. Thanks again and take care.

It was a work trip but enjoyed it like a vacation
