Comfortable, pleasant, relaxing and satisfied with the room and breakfast.

Sharon, front desk agent, was amazing. She’s pleasant, professional, efficient and accommodating. She goes beyond to make our stay comfortable. Without us asking upon checking out, she asked if we’re going to the airport. We said we’re going to the train station which is about 6 minutes walk. Seeing we have 2 luggage, she called the shuttle driver to drop us off. We thought shuttle only goes to and from the airport. She’s the best.

Cons 1. The bathroom fan and light turn on when you walk past it. This woke my wife up when I got up to use the toilet at 3 am. What is the point of this? 2. Check-in took a half hour wait with no apology from the desk clerk 3. Desk clerk did not mention that we needed a parking permit, so we had a ticket warning on our windshield the next morning. Fortunately, our car was not towed, although that was the threat on the ticket.

Cons There was a roach in bathroom. Mattress and pillows need replacing. Bathtub/shower was super slick and a fall risk.
