Four Points by Sheraton San Jose Downtown
Praised forfriendly staff · great location
Flagged forhigh parking fees · cleanliness issues
Nice stay
Clean, quiet and nice room
Cons Lack of details provided on booking in terms of room size and what’s in the room
Our stay was clean, comfortable, and convenient.
The location was great!
Cons Some businesses and restaurants permanently closed in the nearby area.
Enjoyed this hotel
Location, unique historic building, guest service, friendliness of all staff. Quietness of building and area, convenient parking
Cons Sofa bed could use a little extra padding.
Parking is a Gouge, But You'll Sleep Well
The room was clean, fresh water bottles daily. I liked the room setup and the soaps were great. Good security too.
Cons No one mentioned the $40+ a day for parking until we arrived. That would have been FANTASTIC to know AHEAD OF TIME.
Cons 60$ a night to park my car off campus. that was not mentioned when I booked the room
