Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea

Excellent Maui stay

The renovated room was a big plus - very comfortable and done very well. The restaurants on site were excellent - particularly Ferraro (Italian). Pools and activities were enjoyed by the family. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Great location - food to a high standard and all other amenities as you would expect of a hotel of this calibre.

Cons Drinks and nibbles are slightly over priced and so is breakfast. Need more parking options - mandatory charge on site each day. No Luau on site. Spa needs longer hours.

Interesting place to visit ( helicopter tour is fantastic) but not to return.

Good restaurants , relatively easy to book Nice but overpriced spa.

Cons very small territory, swimming pools good for kids but not for swimming. Sun umbrellas closed almost regularly at 11 am due to some not really strong breeze and no shade could be found around.

Attention ! ..l’établissement est en travaux et c’est noté nulle part .Aucun prix revu à la baisse et pourtant c’est le marteau piqueur qui vous attend de 9h à 17h autour de votre chambre si vous avez la malchance de vous trouver à proximité de l’aile en travaux .Cet inconvénient majeur ne semble en aucun cas perturber le manager qui vous explique n’avoir aucune solution de replis ! Comment peut on accepter que la clientèle subisse une telle nuisance en continu toute la journée dans un établissement de renom ? Vraiment je suis furieuse et choquée ! Un conseil ? Renseignez vous sur les travaux en cours avant de réserver …

Cons En la playa no hay sombrillas por el viento( el viento es todos los días… por ello deberían preverlo). La piscina de adultos siempre llena, no se puede utilizar. Las actividades còmo la canoa también completa. Sì no puedo estar en la playa porque no hay sombra, no en la piscina de adultos ni hacer actividades…. No merece la pena en absoluto pagar más d 1000 euros por noche para estar en la habitación o el lobby. No está a la altura de otros resorts d su categoría ni por asomo ….
