Worst value for money. Completely overpriced!!!

Banff in general is a nice place to visit but not at this hotel!!

Cons Poor amenities and rooms of very low Standards. Room windows face to hallway where other hotel guests are passing by and everyone can look directly into room and belongings. Next room is just divided by one door so you can hear conversations clearly next door. Toilet flush did not work on second day. Very small rooms and decor/furnishing appears musty and old. Other amenities are a joke, fitness room is not even worth mentioning and the cave “pool“ does not really invite for a swim. And this was by far the most expensive hotel on our trip!!! Not even worth a quarter of the price charged!! Outrageous!

Nice place but they can out some of their grossly overpriced costs back into updating their rooms.

Great location. Cool underground hot spring.

Cons Rooms were old and lacking comfort. Needed a loud fan to cool off in the loft as ac couldn’t keep up. Price was enormous for lack of upgraded rooms.

There are much better hotels close to this one This hotel needs new carpet and renovated desperatl
