Professional and inviting
A friend of mine has visited this Marriott in the past several times for conferences and has always been impressed with the venue and the staff. And I'd say the same was true for me. They'd recently remodeled the lobby and it's quite inviting — unlike many sterile hotel lobbies. I had no issues to address with the staff, but others attending the same conference said that anything they addressed was dealt with quickly and professionally.

Not a good value. This hotel is expensive and very gross. Everything had to be clean before we could take a shower or sl
The staff was friendly.
Cons Everything was disgusting. First of all, they were doing a lot of construction, which had everything closed off. Also, everything in the room was gross. There was old food from the people before us. There was Hair left in the shower and all over the bathroom floor. Everything was so disgusting. None of it have been cleaned. Was not a good value at all.

Captured by a Conference
The restaurants and staff were amazing.
Cons The beds were smaller than a queen and very uncomfortable. The rooms were the smallest I have rented and twice the price I normally pay.
Getting in touch with the hotel prior to the conference was impossible and very frustrating.
17 emails and numerous calls, and never did reach a person working in Franklin.

Our dated property, upgrades never avail for Marriott Titanium
I have been staying at this property for almost
2 years on a weekly basis (2-3 nights per week). The property is out dated and in desperate need of renovation!
I am lifetime Titanium Elite and have never been able to get an upgrade. I was informed by the front desk the property only has 2 suites and the management policy is these upgrades are reserved for people staying only one night, not 2-3.
This is a slap in the face for faithful Marriott warriors.
This is my last time supporting Marriott . Time to convert to Hilton.
