Cons Very poor cleanliness, mattresses very uncomfortable and almost hurt the back. The linen is not changed despite multiple requests. The staff is not cordial and rude when you ask for basics like an extra tower or order in room dining. The room size is extra small and hardly the bed can fit 2 people

Cons Toilet seat was broken, no footmat in bathroom, bathroom door lock not functioning properly. Too expensive for the size of the room.
