Great location, quirky like all Graduate hotels…but only one tiny elevator
Great location and super friendly staff
Cons 8 floors…1 super slow 4 person elevator. Also small rooms with really small bathrooms.

Great
Location
Cons None
Very comfortable.
Great staff.
Cons TV was not as easy to use.
The staff was quite helpful in assisting me in finding a new hotel within 30 minutes. Booking.com didn't check to see if they had enough rooms and the hotel was overbooked.
Cons Would have been better to stay here instead of the other hotel we got that evening. The hotel was overbooked and we got booted out.
Good location but expensive room rates for no good reason
The location is in the middle of Evanston and close to Lake Michigan. The beauty of the hotel, a turn of the century building
Cons The cost of close to $800/night for a junior suite is outrageous compared to what you get. The rooms are so tiny that even a queen bed fills the entire bedroom, making access difficult. The bathroom is tiny so no place to put stuff like toothpaste, aftershave, etc. There is no coffee machine, only instant coffee and tea bags.. Clearly not in line with what one expects for $800/night rate
