view was nice. rooms were clean.location was great. staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons Our bathroom basin did not drain well and water was constantly in the basin. Air conditoning was not working well due to the recent storm and so the room was warm during the day. Only one elevator was working and in order to come down from our floor, we had to call the desk to send the elevaotr to our floor. So going up and down was slow.

Cons We arrived after a very long and exhausting flight from the other side of the world to CELEBRATE ANNIVERSARY, expecting a comfortable and standard room, but what we received was completely unacceptable. The room allocated to us does not meet the basic standards of a regular double room. It features unusually low fixtures—the toilets and bathtub are so low they resemble a children's room, making them extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate for adults. Furthermore, the central air conditioning is loud and outdated, and the bathroom sink was completely clogged and unusable, the bathtub also partially clogged. To make matters worse, we experienced terrible room and stuff service. We contacted them to ask for assistance regarding these issues, but we received absolutely no response or follow-up. We called to order some coffee cups, kept us waiting for it at night but never got them. The stuff was generally sour-faced and completely unserviceable! We reached out to the Front Office Manager via email about this issue but never received a reply. We stayed for two nights, during which the room was not cleaned at all. Regarding the pool restaurant: on the first day, we ordered a pizza that was completely tasteless. On the second day, our order of a burger and salad took over half an hour to arrive, despite the restaurant manager being incredibly service-oriented.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful beach. Don’t expect sand beaches in that volcanic area. Got a great room with beach view.
