The best place to stay in Reno, Nevada
Everyone at this facility is extremely helpful! Their facilities are amazing. There is something here for all ages - escape room, kids question, bowling, pools, driving range for golfers or want to be golfers and even an ice skating rink(seasonal), plus a huge bowling alley - the list of things to do goes on and on. There are three people that are worth meeting when you get here. Jason Dunn who is a casino host, and Rosario who works in the cashiers cage, plus Shahid and Auroa C who are swing shift dealers. You will not be disappointed at this facility. Plus their close proximity to the airport, the ski areas and Lake Tahoe makes it even better
Work conference
Hotel rooms were great bed very comfy and clean. The grand buffet has really good food but alittle on the pricey side and also Starbucks is convenient but they up the price a lot. The pool was under construction. Overall great experience
Great service

Phillip at 2nd Street Café Was Outstanding — Professionalism Under Pressure
Huge credit to Phillip at 2nd Street Café — his service was absolutely on point. He was professional, courteous, and detail-oriented from start to finish: asked for my players card, made sure I received my locals discount, had me enter my PIN properly, and even checked if I wanted napkins with my pizza. That’s real customer service. What impressed me most was how he handled being actively interrupted mid-transaction by another employee (Nina), who kept trying to insert herself and push a different discount while Phillip was clearly assisting me. Instead of getting flustered, Phillip stayed calm, focused, and respectful, and continued taking care of my order the right way. That kind of composure and professionalism deserves recognition. 2nd Street Café was awesome, and Phillip sets the standard for how guests should be treated.
