The staff was very nice and extremely helpful when we had TV problems. ( which really never were resolved) The view from the room was lovely, but when the sun was setting, the curtains had to be closed because the room got very warm. The curtains blocked any air flow from the outside

Cons Not that most people go to the Oregon coast to watch TV, but it was Monday Night Football and I had been driving all day. All I wanted to do was relax and watch the game. The TV kept turning off and then I would have to restart it all over again. I finally just turned it off and watched it on my phone. These hotels do not have AC, so it gets pretty stuffy at night if you are on 1st floor and don't feel comfortable leaving windows open. The ice machine is a small chest freezer in a hallway with small bags of ice. I will not be back to this hotel again

If you’re interested in a gorgeous location with well equipped rooms, this hotel fits the Bill.

The hotel is in a incredibly beautiful place. All oceans view rooms and a huge sandy beach in front. It’s also within walking distance of the Nye district, which has great restaurants and is very funky.

Cons The Front Desk staff seemed uninterested in their jobs. I called the front desk to ask for no housekeeping, yet housekeeping did come in that day. I was also unimpressed with the restaurant next-door, Georgie’s.

One of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in.

The room was beautiful and had everything we could have asked for. The Jacuzzi tub was wonderful, the sitting area and balcony overlooking the ocean were amazing, the bed was super comfortable. Georgie’s Restaurant, right next door to the hotel, was excellent. We had dinner and breakfast there. Great food, view, and service.

Cons The beach access was a little challenging for us (in our 70s), but we managed to get there.

We loved the ocean-facing room, and the soundproof windows when the surf was a little loud for sleeping.

Cons The complicated TV system. We didn't see the instructions on the back of the TV station list, until we had pushed some buttons that the instructions said not to push. Thus we could only get one TV channel, with a marathon of Nashville episodes. Fortunately, we were there for a getaway, so did not need to watch TV.
