We all had a great time and stay

I liked how easy valet parking was a little pricey but to be expected in a city. I loved the location and the ease of dealing with check in and out and that Starbucks was right through the lobby!

Cons That there wasn’t no mattress protectors on the mattresses but they were bug free

Overall, the Hampton did a great job making our experience fun and memorable! Amazing staff!

Liked access to the gym, the rooftop restaurant, the breakfast that's offered every morning, the pillows, the location of the hotel, and the kind and accommodating staff.

Cons The mattresses were too hard. The TV didn't have an option to access streaming service, such as Netflix, Prime, etc.

Over all, a nice experience.

Cons No parking validation made the total for the stay high for a south loop location.

Cons Doch recht teuer für das was es war. Auserdem ist das Einweggeschirr beim frühstück echt ne Schande.
