Cons 1ヶ月以上前にメールしておいたが返事がなく、対応してもらえなかった チェックインもスムーズではなく、態度も良くない

Nice hotel, comfortable beds.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice. We stayed here because we had an event on at the convention center. It was nice and close just a short walk to the convention center.

Cons The breakfast was not great. Ther were a lot of homeless around. This was in no fault of the hotel and in fact, I thought the hotel dealt with this issue well, locking the doors so you needed to swipe in just to enter the property. The only issue there is when you arrive, we couldn't get in, and it took the staff quite a while to realise and let us in the front doors.

Good, would stay there again

Cons Rooms could be bigger and the building surrounding could be better (but it’s city’s fault that there are so many homeless people…)
