Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle/Redmond

Location, friendliness and true courtesy.

Cons The remotes need to be updated so that one may use a guide to select channels, especially being out of town. Problem searching through every channel and experiencing ads over and over, prior to even determining what is available.

Hampton inn is Hampton inn — always choose this hotel when it happens to travel to new places and never was disappointed. Good as usual!

Good location and clean room

The hotel was close to everything. The hot tub was great. Breakfast had a large variety.

Class to everything

Location was convenient. Bathroom inside our room was a good size and good shower pressure.

Cons Bed was hard and not facing where two people could watch TV. No live tv guide and the HBO channels listed on the channel line up did not work. We could not connect to streaming services. Was offered online check in and to chose a room with keyless entry. The room was not ready at check in time. We were no longer on the first floor (I hate elevators), we did not have keyless entry, and there was a barking dog in the room next to us.
