Hampton Inn & Suites Walla Walla

It was what I expect from a Hampton Inn and the location was the reason we stayed there.

Breakfast was OK. Room was standard hotel room and clean. The temperiwent up and down with bursts of loud A/C Location was very good for us since we spent the days playing golf at the Country Club.

Cons The A/C was very loud.

Beautiful location. Facilities were very clean. Halls where a little loud late at night. Did struggle sleeping. But thats very common for me when staying at hotels. Would recommend having bed rails for littles since the beds are un-moveable. My 3 year old rolled off the king size bed in her sleep. Thankfully she was okay. But definitely was a lot of commotion and a big scare at 4 AM. She goes with me everywhere and its the first time its happened. So no fault on anyone's end. Things happen.

Cons It’s just louder than other hotels. You can hear people walking around. Staff not available at front desk. Breakfast staff very nice and cleaning services were very competent and nice.

Great option for traveling families

The breakfast was great, with many fresh fruit options as well as other healthy breakfast options, unlike what we've experiences as several other similarly priced facilities. The facility was clean and comfortable.

Location was good

Cons Staff was rude and hot tub wasn’t open which was one of the amenities we chose the hotel for!

Very comfortable bed and room was exceptional

Beds were very comfortable felt like you were sleeping on a cloud

Cons Front desk check in clerk was a little rude and not friendly at all Ice machine on 3 rd floor not working with a strange note to wait 4 hours for it to get cold enough to make ice nite looked old and was torn so was it working ?
