Das Hotel liegt zentral. Alles ist sehr gut erreichbar und es liegt für die Anreise mit dem Arlanda Express perfekt.

Es war toll! Es hat Spaß gemacht in diesem Hotel zu wohnen. Bestes Frühstück, das wir jemals hatten.
It's a nice enough hotel, but extremely expensive and not great service. Disappointing.
Room was fairly spacious and on a corner, so plenty of light.
Cons Staff were sometimes reasonably friendly, but not 'customer friendly' - ie OK, but not 'warm and welcoming' - and in other cases fairly dismissive. We asked in the bar, for example, when we returned to the hotel in mid-evening, if we could have a coffee for my wife and were told curtly "No, this is a bar". We went to another hotel nearby (Radisson), who were glad to offer us coffee - for free! The next evening, we asked again and the only other non-alcoholic drinks available to us, apparently, when we asked, were non-alcoholic beer and grapefruit juice or a mocktail. We were told no apple, orange, cranberry, etc (so what would have gone in to the mocktail, we wondered?)? Also no coca cola, pepsi, lemonade? Apparently not, they were only interested in getting us both to drink alcohol. Again, we left and visited a bar nearby, who had all those options. What hotel doesn't offer their guests coffee or a range of soft drinks?
