Hilton Alpharetta Atlanta
Praised forclean rooms · great location · friendly staff · comfortable beds
Flagged forcleanliness issues · staff rudeness · extra charge for breakfast
The AC made it sound like it was very windy outside but it wasn't. I'm a light sleeper so wasn't a very restful night
Cons AC
Not the best first impression
Nice hotel. Nice pool. Like all of the chill areas in lobby, by pool, etc.
Cons Seemed under-staffed. Trash on lobby and hallway floors remained there day after day. Also, lobby and rooms were overly warm on one evening. AC could not keep up. Breakfast not included in spite of high nightly rate. Poor lighting in in-room bathroom.
The location was perfect for my trip. Clean and nice hotel. Stay was very nice
Cons The A/C was not working in our rooms. We ended up having to leave on Saturday because it was too uncomfortable.
Nice comfortable and clean
Clean and helpful
It was a very pleasant stay. Facilities and staff were excellent
The facilities
Cons Nothing
Clean but not well maintained
It’s beautiful when you enter and very well maintained in the lobby area. The pool was clean and looked very inviting.
Cons The WiFi did not work, had to call the front desk to get access. We set the thermostat to 65 and the room was still too hot. The water presser was terrible. The conditioner and body wash were empty.
