Cons Reception staff were very poor at answering the calls from the room leaving on hold and then saying we will call you back which they didn’t I was waiting on laundry

Last time for me.

Guests were walking thru hotel with no shoes or cover ups ... just their wet bathing suit. I spoke to a manager who was rude and dismissive. Really changed the experience as hotel was not the same pristine experience as it has been in past years I do an overnite once a year or shall I say I DID! ..

Great! I was here because my sister-in-law died and I struggled to get two rooms but Anthony in reservations helped me work it out. I so appreciate everything he did. Thank you, Anthony!
