Terrible, avoid if possible

The breakfast was the only good thing.

Cons There's a lot of things wrong with this place, it's the first time I get into a hotel where you have to pay for water. You don't get ANY water. Their response is that bottled water is for "honors" members, otherwise you'll have to pay. Bed had a hairball of blonde hair, my hair is short so clearly was from a previous guest. I stayed for 4 nights, they only cleaned the room ONCE (I never had the please do not come in sign) They do a 200 usd hold that takes 5 BUSINESS days to clear, that's insane, how can you take so long to see if a guest broke something? Hallway had a cup of ketchup that was all over the floor, staff is not dressed accordingly, just a terrible overall experience

I liked everything. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The hitel was quiet and it offered an exercise room.

Cons The refund of the deposit takes too long.

No Long Term EV Charging

The hotel's website DOES NOT LIST EV CHARGING. That is because there is a ChargePoint charger in the neighboring parking garage that charges $20/hour after 4 hours with late email notice. I received a notice at 3:30am that charges would begin incurring at 3:45am. Naturally I wasn't aware of this until I was awake the next morning. The hotel's website is correct. Kayak's description is not.

Would happily stay again when we come back to Atlanta.

The lobby and common areas I visited were clean and tidy. The room was a little dated, but very clean upon arrival. Did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food, but the hotel is pretty close to a mall with lots of restaurant options nearby. The staff was phenomenal. Super friendly and welcoming every time we came back to the hotel. Even though we didn't drink or eat at the bar, the staff there were also very friendly and chatted with us regarding the world cup match ups. **Not sure where to put this, but the hotel is towards the outskirts of Atlanta and if you want to go downtown you will either have to drive and find parking or take public transport. We preferred this as we had a little one and this way we didn't have to worry about high noise levels outside the hotel.

Cons I think the biggest issue with the hotel is the parking. As others stated, the parking is up a hill, accessible by either steps or a steepish hill. I have a disability placard so I was lucky enough to be able to park close to the door my entire stay, but spaces are very limited even for disability parking. If you do not have a placard and have any mobility issue, please keep this in mind when booking.
