Hilton Garden Inn Austin Airport

This hotel did the job as far as being close to the airport but with so many other properties in the same area, may not

It was very close to the airport…but there are many properties in the area that fit this retirement. Staff were friendly.

Cons First room, toilet didn’t flush. They quickly moved us to another room. Took forever for hot water, shower knob didn’t seem to engage the temperature control properly. Once it got hot though, you would need to monitor as it could feel too hot.

Cons Staff was not helpful, angry and plain rude. The only helpful person at front desk was Cornelius. He was great but the women were angry, rude and acted like they were constantly annoyed.
