Hilton Garden Inn Bend

The Hilton Garden Inn is the idyllic stay when visiting the natural beauty Bend has to offer. Upon check in, Olivia kindly assisted us with every one of our concerns. Both her and Sandra were absolutely when it came to customer service. They made us feel right at home and very honored to be Diamond members. Our room was unreal with views sweeping across the river and the room itself was extremely comfortable and spacious. We will definitely be back! This is our go to from now on. Thank you so much much for a memorable time!

We stayed for 2 nights and it was VERY Expensive. They could have offered a Continental Breakfast at that price., there

Great location and amenities.

Cons Great location for the concerts at Hayden Homes Amphitheater, but if you’re not there for the concert the room sounds like the concert is in your room, the good thing is the concerts have to be done by 10:00 pm. Not really the properties fault, but they could have done something during the construction.

Our stay was very disappointing. They couldn’t find our confirmed reservation and did little to solve the issue.

Relaxing Getaway

Everything, everyone was friendly, the room was beautiful. Enjoyed it very much! Also close to the amphitheatre!

Cons The tipping QR didn't work and the front desk was busy so I didn't know how to leave a tip

Expected much better!

It took forever for my room to be ready. Little care or concern seemed to be placed on my need to get access to my room in order to get ready for a work event I had. The room was like an icebox when I entered. I was unimpressed by the incredibly corporate stale room, the shower and shower curtain. Plus the bed was both uncomfortable and the sheets/ comforter were laughably thin and inadequate to keep me warm. And I was awakened a little after 4 am by the garbage truck loudly and slowly emptying the large hotel bin 3 floors below my window. While I know you don’t control the municipal utility, I would imagine smart properties wield some influence to ensure visitors have a good experience while in Bend. The only good thing about my stay was the location. Fortunately there are other hotels in that area that I will stay at in the future.
