The check in staff were friendly and accommodating. The elevator use with key card wasn't explained.

Breakfast was included with my reservation, but the front desk didn't mention it.

Cons This lication is in a residential area. I don't think guess should pay for parking.

Noisy rooms if you dont have a top floor

Good location but its noisy. The floors literally shake as you walk. We thought the person above us was doing a workout. Turns out the floors literally shake and vibrate if you move. You speak to reception who claim ignorance as if they've never heard of this before yet several people at breakfast were also saying the same thing. Reception promised to send maintenance to take a look which never happened. We requested to move room and were lied to and told that there was none available despite there being several available to book via the Hiltons own website. Not impressed for that reason. Wouldn't return
