Still waiting for a discount for rooms not being on the same floor
We booked two rooms and they were supposed to be on the same floor next to each other. When we got there we had two rooms on different floors and that was unacceptable and they were not able to get us two rooms on the same floor for our entire vacation very unsatisfied
