Bad experience turned into amazing hospitality!

I booked my husband a reservation as he was going to be there for over two weeks. We got a receipt on my email stating that he had checked out and it had another persons name on it. So he went to the front desk and spoke to Rebecca which she was very concerned for us as well. She did figure out it was someone in training. They had copied our entire reservation down to the payment method and made a reservation for someone else. We ended up being very upset at first canceling all of our cards and reporting fraud. However, my husband said she went above and beyond to make sure that everything was made right for our inconvenience and the scare we went through. I believe she gave him free breakfast and initially took money off his rate, but his company was paying for it so she said I know that won’t do any good so she offered him points which we received. Since then, we have been back to the hotel multiple times and not had any issues! It is a nice hotel and anytime my husband came back from work and passed the person that helped us with all of this, she would always greet him saying “ Hello Mr. Dutton how are you doing today?”. Having someone greet you by your name every time they see you is just nice. The money was refunded and she made it up to us tenfold. I don’t know how many times she apologize for our troubles and inconveniences, but that’s how it should be and I’m glad that we had her taking care of those issues because some people would’ve just brushed that off and kept the money for the hotel. We will continue coming back being that my husband is on the road all the time because Hilton Garden Inn made a lasting impression on us regardless of the inconvenience as we initially had. Thank you for being so kind 🙏

Nice Stay in Murfreesboro!

We came here for a date night, and were pleased with the stay. We especially liked the bar/restaurant downstairs. Good service, good drinks, and good food. The only thing I didn't particularly like was the size of the bathroom. While the shower was nice and spacious, the distance from the toilet to the shower, and the small amount of space in between the sink and the toilet was a little frustrating when trying to move around the bathroom. Also, the soap in the bathrooms in Hilton hotels lately smells like men's cologne...I would prefer something a little more "clean smelling/neutral" like the Zero products they stock the Hampton Inns with.
