The room was okay, and comfortable. Location is very good.
Cons - Maintenance response was not good. I asked to change a burnt bulb, but there was no response till next day, when I complained about poor service. - I asked for a facial tissue box. It took them more than an hour to provide it after a second call. - I asked for a bar of soap, because I do not like liquid body soap. The response was: (We do not have it).
شكرا لموظفين الفندق وشكرا للجميع
