Nice hotel in walkable area

Spacious modern room with forest view. Walkable to restaurants and bars.

Cons Slow check- in. Staff tried to double charge. No free breakfast.

Great stay at a great price

We had a great experience staying here. The staff was friendly, the nightly live music was wonderful, great atmosphere & great value. Also shoutout to Kat who was super helpful when we checked out!

It's very calming and nice..

Cons It could use some deep cleaning and hand rails at the whirlpool it's very slippery.

Disappointing!

I made a reservation for a handicap accessible room with appropriate facilities on the ground floor When I arrived I was given a non accessible room on the 2nd floor. There were no facilities for my handicap. I was unable to shower or wash my hair. I spoke to Russel and he was not helpful. The next morning I had breakfast which was satisfactory. I was served by Jannell an she was great.
