Hilton Garden Inn Palo Alto

The staff so nice. Very clean and comfortable room. Also the pool area was very clean.

방이 spacious함. 호텔이 전반적으로 새로지은듯 깨끗함. 가격은 비싸지만 동네는 걸어다녀도 안전함.

Cons 아침 식사의 메뉴가 다양하지 않음. 근처에 먹을 곳은 적오도 0.5 마일 가야 함. 또한 주차가 overight인 경우 유료였음.

Cons We stayed one night, but when we returned to our room the next evening, we found that it had been assigned to someone else who was already staying there. All of our food, including my baby’s food and milk, her bottles, were in the hotel room. The hotel gave us a new room. I asked if they could provide some milk for my baby since we no longer had access to our supplies. The milk they brought from the restaurant , after drinking and falling asleep she cried all night, when I tried the milk in the fridge it was spoiled. I was so worried that I considered taking her to the emergency room. I cried all night with her and people at reception said there is nothing they can do about it. I had classes at Stanford the next morning, which was the reason for our trip, but instead we spent the entire night exhausted and distressed. This was a shocking experience and not what I expected from a Hilton hotel. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve encountered a room assignment issue like this at a Hilton property. I would not recommend this hotel.
