Hilton Garden Inn Tri-Cities/Kennewick

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front lobby staff was fabulous!! The girls were all so very pleasant and friendly! We were surprised there was a full bar in the lobby as well. What a nice addition!!

Cons We were surprised that breakfast wasn't included in our stay.

Arrived July 15th, 2026 to a newly remodeled hotel. Very nice & loved this place so much I came back through and stayed again on July 21st, 2026. Staff is polite and friendly, CLEAN, breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend this newly remodeled hotel. Hotel property is well maintained and staff is super responsive even by text at 11:30 at night. Five stars all the way!

The breakfast was sitdown and very good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Very centrally located.

Comfortable Room before catching early flight

Keep in mind my stay was <12 hours, but short stay was enjoyable. Pro: quiet comfortable room, close to Costco for cheap gas Con: had super early checkout so I had to walk around to find employee to check out to, would have been nice to have a bell at the desk or something to notify staff that there's a person needing help
