Cons Calling for the shuttle and no one ever showed up . It was not the drive fault I asked him., he showed me he never received a text . It was a lady at the front desk I gave my information too .

Cons The room was not up to code. Dirty chair, The shower release did not work, closet would not open. Please remodel this location

Cons Very convenient for what I wanted to do

Location was very convenient, shuttle provided to take you anywhere within 1 mile radius, room was clean and adequate space. Loved the pool area, free shuttle service to cruise port.

Cons The elevator was out and you had to walk up stairs with your suitcase.

I was dissatisfied with my stay for the amount of money we paid

It was located close to the Long Beach port.

Cons The elevator to enter the hotel was out of service and there was no ramp accessible for persons with handicapped disabilities. The staff was not accommodating with luggage since there was no working elevator to assistance with bags. My family member fell trying to come inside the hotel up several flights of stairs with his disability carrying his bag inside the hotel. My electrical cover was not properly secured in place
