My Chicago experience
I wanna give 10 stars to the whole entire staff at this hotel! Front the smiling faces and the front desk to the pleasant housekeeping staff! The night auditor Sophia was very sweet as I came in last night. She face recommendations, she listened to my experiences, and she shared hers aswell! I’ve traveled many places but I’ve never experienced some like Sophia! She is great and when I return I’m staying at this property and looking forward to see sophia.
