Beautiful view from the hotel room of Penns Landing. Staff were super friendly.
Cons When we checked in, we had a problem with the toilet wouldn’t flush. But they did send someone up and fix it pretty quick.
It has a great location but rooms are in need of an update nd they need to keep the patio open.

Cons That you had to pay for parking! Ice machine on floor didn’t work! One elevator didn’t work!
Not making up the room really put a damper on our stay.
Cons Room was not made up on the second day of our stay despite calling and stopping at the front desk several times to request this service. Finally had to settle for clean towels which were dropped off in the room at 7:00 PM, but the soiled linens were not removed.
