An exceptional stay with outstanding hospitality, excellent service, and a memorable suite upgrade.
I had an excellent stay at Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are outstanding. The location is convenient, and the staff were professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank the hotel for the complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made my stay even more enjoyable and memorable. A special thank you goes to Ms. Mona Ruby, Guest Experience Executive, for her exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care in ensuring that every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. Her dedication to guest satisfaction truly reflects the high standards of Hilton hospitality.
