Not bad, would I stay here again? No. But I would come back just for the pancakes.

It’s in a convenient location especially if you’re traveling and planning to use the cta to get around the city. The breakfast pancakes are to die for, they literally melted in my mouth 10/10.

Cons Staff, when checking in the desk agent asked us why we were staying there and I said for a concert. He then proceeded to say that I couldn’t afford downtown hotel prices, which is weird to say.

Cons L’ensemble de l’hôtel est bien,mais si j’ai attribue une note de 1 c’est pour une raison bien particulière.En arrivant sur un vol international qui m’avait prive d’une nuit de sommeil, j’ai lors de mon enregistrement a la réception demandé spécifiquement que l’on m’attribue une chambre la plus calme pour que je puisse récupérer, l’employé m’ confirmé qu’il comprenait et qu’il m’attribuait une chambre rénové…. On m’a remis les clefs de la chambre 617 qui se situait en face de 4 ascenseurs et j’ai du endurer toute la nuit les bangs et le son de cloche qui accompagnait chaque déplacements des ascenseurs. Quand exténué le matin, j’ai signale la nuisance a la reception ,on m’a dit que le manager m’appellera, j’attends toujours!!!!!! J’ai reçu avant hier un survey de l’hôtel me demandant de leur donner un feed back ,j’ai bien entendu explique le problème que j’avais eu et on m’a répondu le lendemain en me remerciant que l’hôtel fera les améliorations nécessaires!!!!! C’est vraiment n’importe quoi !!! J’exige un remboursement intégral du montant de ma facture qui se limite a une nuitée. Cordialement

Cons My children were cover in bedbug bite ! There was a substance abuse conference men were hollering at my 13 year-old daughters. There were so many people in the lobby at all times of night loud the second night I had a young drunk man follow me to my door beating on my door, asking if he could come in and use the restroom. I had to call the front desk. The front desk called and swept the issue under the rug like oh yeah we talked to him there with their family and so why were they knocking on my door, nobody could ever understand that I did not feel safe. I had to go to the car and get my gun. My girls were in a separate room because we all could not fit in beds. This was the worst stay that I have ever experienced in my entire life at a Hilton I have been trying to get this issue resolved for the last two days. The issue was never getting resolved. I have called the Hilton‘s number. I keep getting the runaround this situation is needs to be investigated.
