Cons Our room has no AC for 95 degrees weather. The staff don't know how to handle the situation. Gave us 3 fans, 1 broke and 2 barely working. keep telling us they're gonna comp the parking ticket after all the stress we got.

The Staff at the front desk were very helpful. Amir was calling me by my name every time he met me at the hote.

Cons The pool area is terrible. My stay was mid- summer and there were only 6 lounge chairs out and one was broken. 3-4 tables and chairs. People were sitting on the hot pavement and the grass. No manager there on Sunday and staff said there are no other lounge chairs. After complaining twice we got a room upgrade, one night comped and our parking comped which was incredibly generous. They definitely did right by us.
