Comfortable, great service, wonderful staff!!

We were received warmly as well as efficiently, at the reception,by Duty Manager, the lovely Mr. Fahmi. It was a pleasure to be received by him. I must emphasize that all the hotel staff members that we encountered were cordial, polite and friendly. It made our stay at the hotel enjoyable! We were upgraded by Fahmi to a family suite. This was a very pleasant surprise. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

Cons Please fix the sound in the dining room. All we could hear were muffled bangs and irritating noise. It is a shame because the dining room has a huge window to a vert nice view, the staff was lovely, and nice quiet music could have made a great difference

Un séjour décevant

Cons Je suis totalement déçu par la situation concernant les taxes locales qui m’ont été facturées. Lors de mon arrivée, la réceptionniste ne m’a pas informé clairement qu’il y aurait des taxes supplémentaires de ce montant. De plus, sur ma réservation effectuée via Booking.com, il est clairement indiqué que les taxes locales sont de 3,40 CHF par personne et par nuit. Le montant qui m’a été prélevé par l’hôtel est beaucoup plus élevé que celui indiqué sur Booking. J’ai contacté l’hôtel pour m’expliquer pourquoi le montant facturé par l’hôtel est différent de celui indiqué sur ma réservation. Aucune réponse de l’hôtel, cette situation est très décevante.

Cons Rude staff specially at the restaurant during breakfast .. they do not have manners, while someone is eating they purposely closed coffee dispenser first

Good property, close enough to the airport. Rooms were of a good size, and facilities provided were pretty nice as well.

Cons Dine in menu was practically non-existent. There were low/no vegetarian options available.

Ok if you’re going to Hilton for the first time, but not if you’re going to a Hilton hotel again.

The staff were great. That’s what I mainly liked.

Cons I was disappointed with the cleanliness. It’s the Hilton so I was expecting clean everything. But the shower tiles had mold and when the rooms were cleaned, they never cleaned the sinks.
