The lobby was nice. Friendly staff. Location was good. Nice area. Nice restaurants nearby.

Cons My TV didn't work. The bathroom had multiple broken pieces of hardware like the towel racks.

Expensive and Severely Disappointing

The staff are nice

Cons It is ridiculously overpriced for the quality of the rooms. They used to offer free parking but no longer do. The carpet is tired. There are stains on the fabric of the desk chairs. The sink was clogged. The hairdryer didn’t work (was promptly replaced). Most importantly, if you get a room on the side with the train and don’t sleep like the dead, you will have a sleepless night because you might as well be staying on the train platform. They did honor our request to move.

Everyday housekeeping service. Thats exceptional nowadays

Adequate for a comfy one night stay.

Security needed for the elevator . Professional staff.

Cons Dated decor, ramp really needs cleaning.

Cons Doors to mainobby backwards. Elevators other than main elevators stink. Pool closed.
