Everything was very clean, staff were polite and helpful, and the location was great.

My family had a reservation from Friday to Sunday and some how my room was cancelled and me and my family was left with nowhere to stay kids and all.

Clean, nice, easy check in, kept my item safe that I forgot at the hotel and was waiting for me as I flew back into Chicago and picked it up. THANK YOU
Cons It's confusing that it's located within Staybridge, The signs are not clearly marked, and the phone number did not work. It was a pain to get ahold of someone at the front desk. The staff at the front desk were not super friendly and we had been traveling for a long time.
