The hotel was very clean and had nice amenities. One issue we noticed when we first arrived was that our room door had a visible gap along the edge, making it possible to see into the room from outside. We brought it to the staff's attention, and they were extremely helpful and professional. They immediately offered to change our room without any hesitation. The customer service was excellent, and the staff made sure we were comfortable right away. Their quick response and willingness to address the problem made a big difference. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was awesome. The guy was amazing. Signed me up for rewards was very easy. Fast and easy checking. Impressed. Love love love the bidet and heated toilet seat. Bed a clean and comfy. Very happy. Would have liked in room coffee but we survived 😀

Cons Breakfast. I was really looking forward too. But my husband went down at 830am said pans were empty and it was full of people. I went down as we left at 930. They were already putting things away. I had to ask for a plate. Empty bins. Eggs were gross and wet.
