Happy

Cons Was satisfied
Regular customer and appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the comfort and consistency.
We need to stay near Glendale often and always try to book this hotel. Luis at the front desk is especially helpful and professional - he always remembers what rooms we like and tries to accomodate us whenever possible. The rooms are clean and well kept. The beds are comfortable.
Cons Some rooms have better shower pressure and AC units than others. Breakfast is ok, not as good as other Holiday Inn Express we stayed at, but the kitchen area is clean and well stocked.
The stay wasn't terrible. The beds were clean from what I could see and they were comfortable.
Cons The carpeting was coming up. There was a hole with wires coming out by the bed. There was mold in the shower. The shower curtain rod was about to fall out of the wall.
