Holiday Inn Express & Suites Burlington by IHG
Praised forclean rooms · friendly staff · convenient location · good breakfast variety
Flagged forissues with pool and hot tub · breakfast quality inconsistencies · noise from air conditioning and outside
It worked but I felt ripped off
Convenient and clean
Cons Last minute there was no availability then later there was at twice the price
Nice, convenient property close to highway and downtown.
Clean facility and very welcoming/friendly staff. Had cookies waiting. Quiet room. Wish there was a coffee maker in the room. Very nice breakfast.
Cons I like a coffee maker in the room for the mornings. The large, automatic coffee machine in the lobby is slow and doesn't allow for half a cup or half decaf.
Facilities are great. Nice breakfast.
Cons Lighting in the room is pretty bad
Exceeded all of our expectations. Hands-down, one of the nicest hotel stays we’ve ever had.
The breakfast was incredible, very filling. So convenient for our travel plans looked forward to it every morning.
Cons Very noisy trains and highway traffic. They need better sound dampening windows
Cleanliness, staff
