Cons Overall, the stay was overshadowed by an unpleasant experience with the General Manager, whose rude, arrogant, and overly controlling behavior made the front-desk interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Nice to be nice

The water in the room was hot. We like it hot

I would stay again but request a room on the other side of the building

Cons The noise from the freeway. It kept me awake.

Cons Nothing

The stuff was friendly and accommodating, except for the night manager when someone was walking the parking lot looking into cars and I told him about it and he said well we don't go out and do anything about it. The next day I spoke to the manager and he said he would take care of that because he should have done something.

Cons Is it homeless in captain on the other side of the fence with the telephone wires are excuse me I should say power lines about eight of them they should really do something about that. It's not their problem but the city definitely should
