Very well run establishment! Very clean and great customer service!

The first thing I noticed was how clean everything was cut even smelled freshly cleaned! The staff was excellent!

Cons Nothing

We love that we were upgraded to a suite that was a pleasant surprise. It worked perfectly for our multiple day stay since this was our home base while we were in the area. We really enjoyed the size, cleanliness and layout of the suite, especially the kitchenette. The location was perfect!

Cons Make an adjustment in where the mounted TV is in the bedroom since the door if not closed covers it partially. We would have enjoyed having the adult pool time start at 9:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 p.m. to enjoy the pool more. There were a lot of families staying when we visited and it was difficult to have any actual swim time.

Excellent, Clean and comfortable

The staff was friendly and helpful. The gal who checked us in was so helpful that we brought her back creme brulee from the Dockside as she highly recommended it and she was gone for the weekend (sad face). The breakfast staff were great also.

Overall a good stay and experience

Room size, cleanliness and facilities were all fine. We had 2 double beds, comfortable and clean. Mount Baker visible from the room window, a bit far but adds some extra to the experience. Parking is big on both sides with plenty of space. Close to road 101, easy to get here and travel to the different attractions. Elevator decorated with the Olympic Mountains is super cool.

Cons A bit overpriced compared to other similar level hotel chains. For breakfast choices are quite limited.
