Holiday Inn Portland West - Hillsboro by IHG
Praised forfriendly staff · comfortable rooms · good location
Flagged forslow elevator · breakfast options limited · parking fees
Great stay
Super clean and professional staff
Cons The elevator buttons malfunction
Clarifying the difference between the hotels would eliminate a lot of confusion and inconvenience.
Cons I made a reservation at this property while my friends were registered at the Holiday Inn express a few miles away. Very easy to do and very confusing. I asked for a refund and I was denied. I didn’t stay at your hotel. Some accommodation would have been very much appreciated.
It’s a luxury hotel which charges extra for parking and breakfast Top class facility
Will stay again when looking for a place to stay in or near Beaverton
I had a spacious room . Plastic glasses reason for lower rating.
Cons Plastic glasses
Other than the first 2 nights everything was great.
Cons The first 2 nights the people in the room above us were running and jumping and scared the crap out of us, we both jumped.
Thank you
