I like how close it was to Disney. Despite my multiple issue the staff was nice for the most part one did lie about when the manager arrived and cleaning did take our food from our room. But front desk was nice

Cons Oh, where do I even start? Unfortunately, our stay was one issue after another, and I would not recommend this hotel or stay here again. We found two spiders in our room—one by the bed and another in the shower. We also requested from the front desk not once but twice to have housekeeping clean our room, they took the trash and towels but never cleaned our beds or the floors until the last night of our stay. I was told by the night front-desk employee that a manager would call me the following morning. When I never heard anything, I called myself, only to be told the manager wouldn’t be there until much later. The employee I spoke with did apologize and offered what she called a “VIP cleaning” because I work with Disney. Honestly, I’m not sure why my association with Disney should have mattered. We had requested a basic service that should have been provided regardless. The first night, housekeeping also took food we had our microwave food like Mac and cheese and noodles along with our breakfast food like cereals. The hotel did compensate us for breakfast, which I appreciate, but I never received any follow-up regarding the other food that was taken. Then there were the towels. We started with enough towels for everyone in our room, but by the second day, we were down to two towels with no hand towels or washcloths. At one point, we had no towels at all. Even our trash can didn’t have a trash bag. Our room keys were another constant issue. Every time we returned to the hotel, our key cards stopped working, meaning we had to repeatedly go back to the front desk to have them reactivated. Our door also wouldn’t close properly, so maintenance had to come fix it. The ice machine didn’t work, and the hallways were extremely hot, musty, and unpleasant. Individually, some of these things might seem minor, but when you add them all together, it made for an incredibly frustrating and disappointing stay.

Cons It took way too long to check in, line out the door, 1.5 hour wait. Breakfast and parking came with an additional charge so the price of the stay felt dishonest.

Cons Old building, dirty pool,keys don’t work after 6 hours need to change them in 5 day 6 times,Food was disappointed, bacon under cooked, eggs to dry and coffee to watery, my room didn’t get cleaned for the last 2 days.
