Holiday Inn Tacoma Mall by IHG
Praised forclean and comfortable rooms · friendly and helpful staff · great location
Flagged forcleanliness issues · value for money concerns · inconsistent breakfast pricing
Ease of check in/out was nice. Staff was helpful.
Cons Our bathroom smelled like the person before us smoked heavily in the bathroom. Every time we turned on the bathroom fan it was very potent of cigarette smoke.
It was a great experience
