Everything was great. Even got to check in a little early, so that I could change my granddaughter who is in a wheelchair comfortably instead of like using a gas station bathroom. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The room was clean

Terrible experience - stolen items

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Maids will come into your room with the do not disturb on your door. I had two pairs of shoes stolen from my room. Management is slow to get back and are unable to provide any surveillance video the incident. Do not stay here if you have another option.

Highly Recommend

This is the perfect hotel if you are going to one of the arenas in Glendale. welcoming staff, clean and roomy rooms with amenities. Great breakfast . Everything in walking distance to events, shopping and restaurants . Highly recommend! quiet atmosphere. The rooms were very clean and maid service was great. Great price during a busy time.

Cons The breakfast was ok. It was not always hot. Saturday I had to cut the eggs with a knife and the sausage too. The were hard as a rock, no taste, and over done or old.
