Wir hatten eine großzügige und sehr gut geschnittene Suite. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Besonders angenehm ist, dass man sich den ganzen Tag kostenlos mit Kaffee und Tee versorgen kann.

Cons Leider ist das Schlafsofa für die dritte und vierte Person ein deutlicher Minuspunkt. Die Matratze ist sehr dünn, sodass man beim Schlafen jede einzelne Feder spürt. Für einen erholsamen Schlaf ist das leider nicht geeignet.

Average Hotel that Lacked Understanding of Customer needs

Room had a comfortable bed (not the sofa bed). Breakfast always had a good variety and the staff at the breakfast were very nice. They always made sure everything was well stocked.

Cons First, we recommend to tell the incoming guests to take the Ped-walkway. It is so much easier and the hill up to the hotel almost killed my mom off. If we would have only known. We found it about day 4 into our stay. Got off to a little rough start. Came into a room with dirty dishes and several items still in dishwasher. Into our stay, we found the room comfortable but felt as if we had to detail out every supply we needed. Staff were noticeably trained not to be flexible. We ran out of toilet paper, Kleenex, lotion, body wash, shampoo, etc., and had to ask for replacement of each and every item. We asked two members where to put the trash as we carried it around the hotel. I had taken it downstairs by the laundry room and two staff told me upstairs. My driver's license was being mailed to the hotel for me from my home. It didn't arrive in time, so I asked the front desk (night manager came from the back (8/30/26) to forward in a prepaid envelope. The guy looked at me like I was a suspicious criminal and questioned me. He said, "well, we are not a postal service". I explained if it arrived, just to place in the prepaid envelope that I had given him. I felt like everything was made into a big deal if you asked for anything. Just not the hospitality we have come to hope for. On the positive side, the breakfast was abundant, well stocked and had plenty of choices. The quality of food was average. Staff helping the buffet were very nice. This is an average, comfortable hotel, just don't expect anything above the absolute least of standards. Oh, and evidently, they have a deal with the city to provide homeless families with the extra rooms. We met a family on the elevator that was there for some time. That's very nice but just be aware.

We had a 2 bedroom suite which suited us since my husband and I were travelling with our adult daughter so this gave us a good space. Both bedrooms were very spacious and we appreciated having 2 bathrooms. The kitchen area was good but there were only 2 chairs at the kitchen table. This wasn’t an issue for us as we ate out every day but would have been annoying if we’d actually wanted to eat in the room.

Cons We didn’t particularly enjoy the breakfast - only went once. Felt a bit cramped.

Disappointed disgusting property but good location for a tourist

Cons The condition of the hotel and our room was extremely disappointing and far below what I would expect from Hilton standards. The carpets throughout the lobby, corridors and rooms were filthy and looked as though they had not been properly shampooed or maintained for years. Even the elevator appeared extremely old and poorly maintained. The room itself was in unacceptable condition. The bathroom silicone had visible mould, the room was not properly cleaned, tissue rolls were not placed in the holders, and there were hairs on the blanket. We were four adults but were provided with only one proper bed and a wobbly, unstable sofa bed with an extremely uncomfortable mattress that felt unsafe to sleep on. The king-size mattress was so soft and worn that we were literally sinking into it, making it uncomfortable even to sit and spend time talking with our family. Despite calling housekeeping to tidy and clean the room, the garbage was left as it was and the toilets were not properly cleaned. Our check-in was scheduled for 11:00 AM, yet we did not receive our room until 3:00 PM. Most disappointing of all was the cost. **We paid $667 per night for this room, which is an outrageous amount for a hotel in such poor condition.** At that price, we expected a clean, well-maintained property and a room meeting proper Hilton standards. Instead, we felt completely cheated. This experience was not only disappointing but genuinely sad. The condition of the property does not justify the room tariff whatsoever. Management seriously needs to review the maintenance, housekeeping and pricing of this hotel.
