Hotel Avante - JDV by Hyatt
Praised forcleanliness · friendly staff · good location · comfortable beds
Flagged forelevators need updating · room not cleaned daily · some complaints about services
Mixed feelings
Clean & comfy, nice swimming pool
Cons Bit overpriced due to the below factors: Free slow internet, paid fast internet (in silicon valley, really?!), no smart TV - only PPV with hotel's own movie library
well-located, friendly staff, however, outdated furniture, worn carpets, and a creaky elevator
The hotel is well-located and offers good value for money, with friendly staff and clean rooms. Complimentary morning coffee and evening drinks are nice touches
Cons The property id very old and it shows its age, dated furniture, worn carpets, and a creaky elevator that can be unsettling.
My experience had me definitely considering another stay at this location!
I did not have breakfast at this facility. Loved the location. The staff was very helpful and attentive!
Nice staff, comfortable but noisy.

Cozy hotel with free parking, complimentary morning coffee, and comfortable rooms.
Amazing staff and comfortable rooms, will be staying here again next time I am in the area.
Clean room and very kind staff, from the cleaning ladies to the front desk. I really liked the complimentary coffee and tea table with the fruit infused water, so cute and yummy!
