Overall excellent, the front desk staffs are amazing! We experienced the alarm errors which I believe are not usual

It was less then a 10 min walk to the SAP center
TVs didn’t work, staff didn’t care. Pretended they didn’t know what was happening. Had a family member stay the same night, same problem, same lame excuses. Complained to the front desk on 2 occasions shortly after I arrived and again later in the evening after they were suppose to fix while I was out. Nothing done at all. Complained again at check out and the CSR said I needed to email the manager, it was Sunday and they were not working and No one was on staff that could help, hmmm seems strange. Sent 2 emails & called with No response. Guess now they get a negative review and I will never stay there again. In a competitive Downtown SJ hotel market, they should try better and try harder.
Clean room and friendly staff. However, more valet parking attendants would have made the experience a little more smoother.
It was my first time here and I will for sure be coming back! It was clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful!
Came for a Sharks hockey game. Very convenient location.
