Hotel Forum sits right next to the Roman Forum with views of major sights. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, though street-side rooms get noisy from early morning glass recycling. The rooftop bar and dining areas are exceptional, staff are genuinely helpful, but the bar can push aggressive tipping practices.
